WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
It’s our aim to please, but if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to hello@onyxstudiosinc.com within 15 days of your purchase, and we will make arrangements for the return.
Refunds will process 5-7 business days after receipt of returned product(s).
For unopened purchases, we will gladly exchange it for another ONYX STUDIOS, INC. product, refunding or charging the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
